    Roman Catholic nuns are on a 9-state bus tour to protest the House Republican budget, which cuts federal dollars to food pantries, shelters, schools, and hospitals.

    Okay, I know that the Catholic Church does not have the best record on women (okay, maybe they have the worst), but I adore nuns. Growing up in Catholic Church, the only part I liked about it were the nuns. They are the most kind and loving women, the most selfless women I have ever met. 

    Harp on the Catholic Church all you want, but don’t talk shit about nuns. Nuns are awesome. 

    I will forever think that nuns are the original radicals. Working together, selflessly, for the greater good. I mean, come on. They deserve utmost respect.
